Truth or Dare (com.cindr.truth_or_dare) · Last updated 24 August 2026
By installing or using Truth or Dare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13. Several levels of the game are for adults only and are hidden behind an age check; do not use them if you are under 18.
This is a party game containing flirtation, innuendo and dares. It is meant to be silly. It is not advice of any kind.
You decide what you actually do. Cards are suggestions, and the app has no way of knowing your situation, your company, or your surroundings. Skip anything you are not comfortable with — every card can be skipped. Never attempt a dare that could hurt someone, damage property, break the law, or involve anyone who has not agreed to play. Consent among the players is assumed throughout and is your responsibility, not the app's.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss, embarrassment, or damage arising from anything done while playing.
Custom cards you create stay on your device and are never uploaded, so you are responsible for them only in the sense that you and the people you are playing with will see them. Do not use the app to harass anyone.
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. It is tied to your Google account, so you can restore it on a new device with Restore purchases in Settings.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy, not by us. Consumer rights you have under your local law are unaffected by anything here.
The free version of the app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads appear and do not endorse them. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may update it, change its content, or stop distributing it at any time. Content updates may add, change or remove cards.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
